About QAIS
Qatar Allergy and Immunology Society (QAIS) is a nonprofit professional society aiming for public awareness and physicians’ education. QAIS is a chapter of Qatar Medical Association (QMA) and follows the same roles and regulation established by QMA. QAIS was founded in 2018.
QAIS aims for advancing knowledge and practice in the fields of allergy and clinical immunology, promoting of research in allergy and clinical immunology, organizing scientific meetings related to allergy and clinical immunology, and improving the quality of life of people with allergies through public education and knowledge dissemination between physicians and patients through magazines, leaflets and other literary or scientific works in Qatar.
Mission
QAIS mission is to provide continuing postgraduate education to the allergists/immunologists of Qatar and to promote best clinical practices in a healthy scientific environment to achieve optimum patient care in Qatar focusing on prevention and cure.
Vision
To create a world where everyone is informed about allergic and immunological diseases, leading to early detection, better management, and improved health outcomes.
